Motor Claim Lodgement @ Solvd

We’re the team that drivers turn to when things go wrong. We make the process smooth, simple, and stress-free. As a Lodgement Consultant, you’ll be the friendly first point of contact, helping kick off the claims journey and making sure everything starts off on the right foot.

What you’ll be doing

  • Taking inbound calls and helping drivers lodge accident claims
  • Gathering and entering accurate details into our system
  • Providing clear, friendly updates to customers and fleet managers
  • Working closely with internal teams to keep claims moving
  • Helping reduce downtime for vehicles and support drivers through the process

What we’re looking for

  • Great customer service skills and a friendly phone manner
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable using technology and learning new systems
  • A team player who’s organised and reliable
  • Keen to learn and grow in a supportive environment
  • What matters most is your attitude and communication skills.
  • Experience in motor or home insurance is a bonus!
