So, what duties can you expect to do?

• Operate cylinder mowers to maintain premium sports turf surfaces
• Use precision equipment for mowing, marking and field prep
• Monitor turf health, irrigation and drive continuous improvements
• Apply fertilisers and pest control with accuracy and care
• Maintain strong WHS standards across all turf operations
• Liaise with stakeholders and report on turf condition
• Plan and deliver seasonal programs and event preparation
• Carry out aeration, scarifying, dethatching and recovery works
• Oversee turf installs, drainage upgrades and renovations
• Support surrounding landscape presentation and edging detail
• Identify improvements to lift turf quality and performance

What will you need?

• Certificate III in Sports Turf Management (preferred)
• Driver’s licence (Manual or Automatic)
• National Police Check
• Working with Children Check
