So, what duties can you expect to do?
- Lead site operations, driving high standards across grounds and turf
- Managing a team of 8 across 1 main campus and 3 smaller local campuses
- Supervise and support team to deliver daily maintenance works
- Operate advanced machinery including zero-turns and equipment
- Oversee mowing, pruning, planting and detailed site presentation
- Manage irrigation systems, scheduling and minor repairs
- Identify site improvements and drive continuous enhancements
- Engage with stakeholders and represent Solutions+ professionally
- Complete pre-starts, reporting, Take 5s and SWMS requirements
- Support seasonal planting and landscape improvement works
- Monitor soil health and apply treatments where required
- Ensure WHS compliance and promote a strong safety culture
What will you need?
- Certificate III in Horticulture, Parks & Gardens, or Sports Turf (required)
- Driver’s licence (Manual or Automatic)
- National Police Check (required or willingness to obtain)
- Working with Children Check (required or willingness to obtain)
