We’re not looking for someone to “price jobs.” We are looking for a top-tier Senior Estimator, someone who understands how to win work, shape strategy, and drive commercial outcomes on complex, high-value commercial landscape projects. This is a role for a serious operator who wants to be at the center of major project wins, working directly with leadership and influencing how the business grows.

The Opportunity

You’ll take ownership of large-scale commercial landscape tenders, leading the full process from first principles through to submission with the autonomy and trust to do it accurately.

You won’t be boxed into a process. You’ll be expected to think commercially, challenge scope, identify opportunity, and position the business to win.

What you’ll own

  • Full tender lifecycle pricing, strategy, submission
  • Detailed cost planning across complex project scopes
  • Subcontractor engagement and commercial negotiation
  • Risk identification and value engineering
  • Bid positioning to maximise win probability
  • Seamless handover into delivery teams

What sets you apart

  • Proven experience pricing large, complex commercial landscape or civil projects
  • Strong commercial instinct, you understand margins, risk, and strategy
  • Ability to operate autonomously at a senior level
  • Confidence to challenge, influence, and make decisions
  • High attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture

This is not a role for someone comfortable sitting behind a spreadsheet. It’s for someone who wants to own the front end of major project delivery, influence outcomes, and be part of a business that’s building something serious.
