What duties can you expect to do?
- Mow, edge and maintain lawns, ovals and open green spaces
- Weed, mulch and care for garden beds and landscaped areas
- Prune shrubs, hedges and small trees for a clean finish
- Operate mowers, brush cutters, blowers and tools safely
- Assist with seasonal planting and site improvement works
- Apply fertilisers and basic weed and pest control treatments
- Monitor turf and gardens, reporting issues as they arise
- Carry out irrigation checks and complete minor repairs
- Keep pathways and high-traffic areas clean and safe
- Assist with sports field preparation including line marking, turf repairs, and surface preparation.
- Apply fertilisers, soil treatments, and pest/weed control across turf and landscaped areas.
- Monitor turf/soil conditions & irrigation systems, implementing corrective actions as required.
- Support seasonal planting programs, turf renovations, and site improvement projects.
