Key responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team delivering high-quality horticulture works
- Plan and coordinate daily garden and landscape maintenance tasks
- Deliver detailed pruning, planting, mulching and garden care
- Maintain premium garden beds, turf edges and landscaped areas
- Identify plant health issues, pests and recommend treatments
- Monitor soil health and apply fertilisers and soil improvements
- Manage irrigation systems, fault find and complete minor repairs
- Support seasonal planting programs and site enhancements
- Operate zero-turn mowers and specialised maintenance equipment
- Ensure high presentation standards across all green spaces
- Engage with stakeholders and represent Solutions+ on site
- Drive WHS compliance and maintain a strong safety culture
What will you need
- Certificate III in Horticulture or Parks and Gardens (Preferred)
- Driver’s licence (Manual or Automatic)
- National Police Check
- Working with Children Check
