So, what can you expect to do?
- Oversee and coordinate multiple landscape and horticultural crews, ensuring efficient scheduling, task allocation, training, and performance management.
- Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and compliance across all sites and crews, ensuring work meets company and client expectations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring contractual obligations are consistently met.
- Develop, implement, and monitor maintenance schedules, allocating resources, equipment, and materials to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Continuously identify and implement safer, more efficient work methods, processes, and sustainable landscaping practices to improve service outcomes.
- Manage project and operational budgets, tracking labour, materials, and equipment costs to ensure profitability and financial accountability.
- Ensure strict adherence to workplace safety regulations, environmental laws, and company policies, promoting a culture of safety and compliance.
- Conduct regular risk assessments, implement safety training programs, and mentor staff to proactively mitigate workplace hazards.
- Supervise multiple crews across various sites, delegating responsibilities effectively through Team Leaders while maintaining oversight of all operations.
- Monitor service performance, gather client feedback, and use insights to drive continuous improvement in delivery, team productivity, and customer satisfaction.
What will you need?
- Certificate III or IV in Horticulture/Parks & Gardens or relevant experience
- National Police Check or be willing to obtain.
- Working with Children Check, or willing to obtain.
