About the Role
FULL OR PART TIME
We are seeking an experienced and high-performing psychologist ready to step into a Senior Psychologist role with both a clinical caseload and a structured supervision load.
This is not a purely clinical position.
This role is designed for a psychologist who wants to extend their impact beyond their own clients — contributing to the development, supervision, and performance of the broader clinical team while maintaining a high-quality, efficient clinical caseload.
You will:
-
Deliver a consistent clinical caseload
-
Hold a formal supervision load (registrars, provisional psychologists, and early-career clinicians)
-
Contribute to clinical standards, team development, and performance
-
Play an active role in shaping clinical excellence across the clinic
This position suits a psychologist who is driven, structured, and leadership-oriented, and who takes pride in both their own clinical outcomes and the growth of those around them.
Why This Role is Different
At Solution Psychology, senior clinicians are not “senior in title only.”
This role has been intentionally designed to combine:
- Clinical delivery
- Supervision responsibility
- Leadership contribution
You will be supported to operate at a high level across all three.

Quarterly development planning & niche development support
-
Exposure to a broad clinical caseload across the lifespan
Opportunities in:
- Assessments
- Group programs
- School-based work
- Rural & remote outreach (optional)
You will be supported by a structured leadership team, including a full-time onsite Principal Psychologist.
