Role Overview:  

You’ll join our Engineering Team as a Senior Engineer. You will play a crucial role in driving technical excellence and ensuing your work meets the highest engineering standards to enhance our clients’ experience. You will help deliver features our clients care about, mentor peers, and ensure our solutions remain fast, reliable and scalable. For example: 

• Implement full-stack solutions to create a seamless experience for our clients Clearly and concisely communicate any roadblocks, challenges or issues to both the team and key stakeholders 

• Implement features, refinements and bug fixes while 

• Review code for other engineers and provide guidance as necessary. 

About your tech experience 

We’re looking for someone with 6+ years’ experience in a similar role within a cloud-based SaaS company, who: 

• Has extensive experience with technologies like: JavaScript/TypeScript, React (or similar framework), Web APIs, NodeJS, and databases such as MySQL. 

• Has knowledge of public cloud engineering (AWS/Azure) and experience using Cloud native capabilities. 

• Cares about clean code, great UX and fast feedback. 

• Has experience of the development lifecycle (source control, CI/CD). 

Bonus points for: 

• Experience using AWS (Lambda, SQS , DynamoDB). 

• Familiarity with TailwindCSS or design libraries. 

• Working knowledge of GraphQL 

• Using AI tools to streamline day-to-day development workflows or for personal projects.

• You have experience working in small agile teams and love challenging tasks. 

• Enjoy contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, optimising performance, and user experience. 

• You believe work isn’t finished until it’s in front of customers. 

• You have a strong understanding of the development lifecycle. 

• You are an excellent communicator – both written and verbal – and can articulate technical concepts clearly. 

• You are open to a healthy debate and willing to convince or be convinced in equal measure.
