Role Overview:
Join a close-knit Product Delivery team shaping how we build and ship products at Smokeball! You’ll play a key role in driving change, keeping work on track, and building delivery processes that scale as we grow. From major product launches to new infrastructure initiatives, your work will have a real and visible impact.
You’ll work across multiple teams on varied, high-impact projects in a fast-moving environment. This is a role with genuine ownership and autonomy, you’ll be trusted to lead, improve how things get done, and help teams deliver at their best. Key Responsibilities
- Translate product roadmap priorities into clear delivery plans, managing JIRA roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and resources.

- Drive end-to-end project delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes are delivered on time and aligned to business priorities.

- Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple product initiatives.

- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps) to ensure smooth execution and release cycles.

- Facilitate delivery ceremonies including stand-ups, retros, backlog refinement, and release planning.

- Continuously improve delivery processes, tools, and ways of working through retrospectives and best-practice release management.
About You
- 2+ years’ experience in Product Delivery, Project Management, or similar roles within SaaS / B2B product environments.

- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills across cross-functional teams.

- Advanced Jira admin capability across workflow configuration, automation rules, custom issue types, reporting, and implementing best‑practice project structures.

- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies with experience shipping products at pace.

- Highly organised self-starter with strong ownership, time management, and decision-making skills.

- Pragmatic, solutions-focused mindset with proven ability to manage multiple projects, risks, and dependencies.
