About the Role
As a Campaign Manager at SBM, you’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising multi-channel marketing campaigns.
You’ll work closely with our Strategy, Design, Content, and Technology teams to develop creative, effective campaigns that meet client objectives and deliver measurable results. As the key point of contact for your clients, you’ll ensure campaigns run smoothly, meet deadlines, and achieve strong ROI.
Key Skills and Qualifications
We’re looking for someone with:
- 3+ years’ experience managing and optimising digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and SEO
- Strong knowledge of platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Agency Analytics, and SEO tools (e.g. SEMrush, Ahrefs)
- Experience across both lead generation and e-commerce campaigns
- Ability to manage multiple client campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on experience using project management tools such as ClickUp, Harvest, or similar
- Experience using AI tools and platforms to support campaign execution and efficiency
- Excellent communication skills, with proven experience in client management and reporting
- A strategic mindset, with the ability to analyse data and make informed decisions
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
Bonus Points for experience with:
- Experience across traditional marketing channels alongside digital
- Digital PR, content marketing, or influencer marketing experience
- Experience working with contractors, agency partners, or larger teams
Responsibilities
As a Campaign Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
- Planning, managing, and optimising marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Drafting campaign briefs and reviewing creative outputs to ensure alignment with client objectives
- Conducting audience research and industry analysis to inform campaign strategies
- Leading regular Work-In-Progress (WIP) meetings with clients and internal teams
- Analysing campaign data and providing actionable insights to improve performance
- Maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction
- Using project management tools (e.g. ClickUp, Harvest) to efficiently track and manage workflows
- Collaborating with in-house teams to develop creative, high-performing campaigns
