SSRG Kids is a brand-new paediatric service launching on the Sunshine Coast, and we need a Lead OT to help create, develop and define this new venture. This isn’t a standard clinical role – it’s a rare “blank slate” opportunity where you define the culture, systems, and clinical excellence of a new service, without the financial risk of going solo.
The Role
You’ll be the architect of this service. Backed by the reputation and resources of Smart Solutions Rehab Group (10+ years), you’ll take the reins on defining how SSRG Kids operates.
You will:
DEFINE – Use your experience to shape what SSRG Kids stands for and how we deliver care
BUILD – Create the workflows, clinical frameworks, and processes you’ve always wanted
LAUNCH – Have direct input into branding, marketing, and our community presence
LEAD – Maintain a clinical caseload, setting the standard for excellence while leading the service
Who You Are
✓ Experienced Paediatric OT with AHPRA registration
✓ You know exactly what works in paeds OT—and what doesn’t

What You’ll Need
- AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
- Extensive paediatric OT experience
- Leadership experience or readiness to step into a leadership role
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current driver’s licence
- Vision for what exceptional paediatric OT should look like
