What’s on Offer
You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our key clients.
Your primary focus will be on nurturing existing accounts, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring client satisfaction.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service, meet sales targets, and foster long-term partnerships.
This role requires a results-driven individual with excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
About the Role
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of clients’ needs, business objectives, and pain points.
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally including the assessment and negotiating of reserves with clients and BDMs.
- Proactively engage with clients to build rapport and ensure satisfaction with Grays’ products and services.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue growth within the existing client base.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Collaborate with the sales team to create account plans and strategies for maximising revenue from existing clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, revenue quotas, and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by Grays.
- Participate in sales presentations, negotiations, and management of client from pre to post sale to secure ongoing business relationships.
Account Planning and Forecasting:
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans, outlining strategies for client retention and growth.
- Analyse market trends and client behavior to forecast future sales opportunities and potential risks.
- Regularly report on account performance, sales activities, and progress toward objectives to management.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
- Communicate client feedback and requirements to relevant people/departments for continuous improvement of products and processes.
Client Advocacy and Issue Resolution:
- Act as a client advocate within Grays, ensuring that clients’ needs are well understood and addressed promptly.
- Resolve client issues and concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner to maintain strong NPS levels.
