Sinclair Wilson is seeking a motivated and capable Accountant to join our Warrnambool team.
In this role, you will work across a diverse client portfolio spanning a wide range of industries, enabling you to build capability quickly while delivering quality accounting, tax, and business services. You will have direct access to experienced professionals who provide a supportive, collaborative environment, helping you grow your skills, contribute to team performance, and support the firm’s ongoing success.

You are a motivated, resilient, and detail-oriented emerging professional who is building a strong foundation in accounting and tax. You take initiative, ask thoughtful questions, and approach your work with accuracy and accountability. You enjoy learning from experienced colleagues, apply feedback constructively, and contribute positively to team outcomes. You are developing confidence in managing your own tasks, building client relationships, and supporting the delivery of high-quality services.
Key Attributes
- 3+ years’ experience in Australian Tax Accounting.
- Completed or working towards the completion of CA or CPA certifications.
- Understanding of accounting standards, tax legislation, and compliance requirements.
- Adaptable with strong communication skills.
- Effective time management with proficiency towards attention to detail.
- An analytical mind with the ability to look at how things are done and how they can be improved.
- Highly motivated and engaged with a willingness to contribute as an effective, reliable and productive team player.
