We are a reputable property management company overseeing a large and diverse portfolio, and we’re looking for a Skilled Gardener to help keep our properties looking immaculate.

If you take pride in transforming outdoor spaces, have strong horticultural knowledge, and enjoy working independently across multiple sites, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

Plant, water, and maintain flowers, trees, and shrubs
Mow and edge lawns
Trim and prune trees and shrubs
Apply fertilizers and pesticides as needed
Install and maintain irrigation systems
Maintain garden equipment and tools
Keep outdoor areas clean and free of debris
Collaborate with landscaping team to design and implement new outdoor spaces
Provide excellent customer service to clients

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as a Gardener
Knowledge of plants, trees, and shrubs
Ability to operate and maintain garden equipment and tools
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
