Senior Content Creator (Video, Editing & Social Media) | $80k – $120k + Super

About the Role

We’re searching for a highly skilled Senior Content Creator to join ShareSorted as a full-time, in-house operator. You will be responsible for filming, editing, producing and posting high-quality daily content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and LinkedIn, covering business, property, lifestyle, behind-the-scenes operations and brand storytelling.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Filming the Managing Director throughout the day across meetings, site visits, property walkthroughs, operational moments and lifestyle content
• Producing viral-style edits suitable for short-form platforms
• Managing content calendars, posting schedules and optimisation
• Editing high-quality, fast-turnaround videos daily
• Turning raw footage into polished, engaging storytelling
• Capturing behind-the-scenes footage at properties, the warehouse, events and projects
• Developing creative concepts, hooks, angles and scripts
• Managing reels, TikTok edits, YouTube shorts and long-form stories
• Taking full ownership of the brand aesthetic and tone
• Working closely with internal departments to create operational and recruitment content
• Staying ahead of trends, formats and platform updates

What We’re Looking For

• A gun videographer/editor with daily publishing experience
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and YouTube algorithms
• Ability to film and edit quickly without sacrificing quality
• Experience in founder-led or business-led content highly preferred
• A proactive personality, someone who can follow our Managing Director, identify great moments, and capture content without being asked
• Ability to work independently and manage workload in a fast-paced environment
• Strong storytelling instincts and attention to detail
• Ability to turn boring operations into engaging cinematic content
• A willingness to be part of a company that is scaling aggressively

Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• 3+ years experience in videography and video editing
• Proven ability to produce high-quality, fast-turnaround short-form content (TikTok/Reels/YouTube Shorts)
• Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
• Ability to film and edit daily content at a high standard
• Experience capturing handheld, documentary-style content
• Strong understanding of storytelling, hooks and social content structure
• Ability to work autonomously and follow the Founder throughout the day to capture key moments
• Experience filming in dynamic, real-world environments (office, warehouse, construction, property)
• Strong lighting, audio and framing fundamentals
• A portfolio or showreel demonstrating video-first work
• A proactive, self-driven personality with the ability to anticipate content moments
• Full Australian working rights
• A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
