We are seeking an energetic and motivated Property Officer to join our fast-growing team. This role is perfect for someone looking to step into the real estate industry with clear opportunities for progression. Your primary responsibility will be conducting property viewings—our admin team will take care of all scheduling, paperwork and agreements, so you can focus on people and presentation.

The Company

Responsibilities:

Conducting property viewings & tours and interviewing prospective tenants (all schedules, agreements etc will be done by our admin staff)
Inspecting property conditions.
Reporting any problems or issues to the property manager.
Assisting our team as required

As an applicant, we ask that you have the following:

A current driver’s license and a reliable vehicle
Good time management and organisation skills
Excellent communication skills (both verbally and written)
Ability to work unsupervised and unassisted
A certificate of registration (Real Estate)
