Summary:

ShareSorted is seeking an experienced, reliable, and detail-oriented End of Lease Cleaner to join our team. This role is essential to upholding our high standards of cleanliness and presentation across all vacated rooms and shared properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of deep-cleaning requirements for end-of-tenancy conditions and will work both independently and within a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive deep cleaning of vacated rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and shared areas

Clean and disinfect all surfaces, appliances, windows, and fixtures

Identify and remove mould from walls, ceilings, tiles, and other surfaces using appropriate products and PPE

Remove marks from walls, skirting boards, and doors

Vacuum, mop, and steam-clean floors and carpets as required

Empty and sanitize bins and remove any remaining rubbish or personal items

Identify and report any property damage or maintenance issues

Ensure all end-of-lease cleaning meets inspection standards and condition reports

Follow ShareSorted cleaning protocols and safety procedures at all times

Maintain a professional and respectful attitude with all team members and site contacts

Qualifications and Requirements:

Proven experience in end-of-lease or commercial/residential cleaning

Experience with mould treatment and safe use of mould removal products

Strong attention to detail and time management

Ability to work unsupervised and meet deadlines

Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and techniques

Physically fit and capable of lifting/moving items such as small furniture or appliances

Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends

Reliable transport and willingness to travel to multiple job sites

Working rights in Australia
