This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Shop Manager to lead an amazing team of 10+ staff, in a store that is fun and vibrant. Along with a competitive salary and generous staff discounts the Store Manager will also have the opportunity to be part of our business expansion.

As the Shop Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers, and driving sales growth. Your leadership skills, customer-focused approach, and business acumen will be key to your success in this role.

This is a full-time position with some weekend work.

In this role you will be the link between the store and Head Office.

Key Responsibilities –

  • Manage and supervise all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff development.
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor our amazing team to achieve sales targets
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Manage scheduling, payroll, and other administrative tasks to ensure smooth store operations.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse to ensure stock levels are maintained
  • Have fun coming to work every day and love what you do.

Qualifications

  • Enjoy being part of and leading an amazing team.
  • At least 2 years experience as a Retail Store Manager
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on building and maintaining relationships with customers
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Knowledge of inventory management and budgeting principles
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
