Property Lawyer / Conveyancer – Anywhere in NSW

About the Role
As a property lawyer or conveyancer, you’ll manage files end-to-end while working closely with one of our conveyancing support specialists. You’ll complete contract reviews, support less experienced colleagues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service delivery for our clients and partners. This is a largely remote role, giving you the freedom to work from anywhere in NSW but success requires accountability, high performance and active engagement with colleagues and clients. Some in office collaboration may be required to maintain connection and alignment with the team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing files from start to finish with support
- Conducting contract reviews and, where appropriate for experience, support compliance, including quality and risk assurance
- Supporting team members on legal, conveyancing and practice-related queries
- Driving innovation and continuous improvement in processes, technology and client service
- Maintaining a professional appearance and presentation in all interactions, including virtual meetings

About You
Successful applicants will demonstrate the following:
- 3+ years experience in all aspects of property law/conveyancing
- proven ability to work autonomously with accountability and consistent delivery
- High-performing, proactive and committed to client service excellence
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a strong customer and stakeholder focus and work ethic
- Strong IT literacy and aptitude for learning new legal technology
- ability to multitask and manage several different tasks/jobs at once in an organised and coherent manner
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to maintain connection across a largely remote team
- ‘Can-do’ attitude with enthusiasm, confidence, energy and positivity
Whilst not essential, cross jurisdictional experience will be highly regarded.
