About the Role
As a Client Support Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality client experience, managing inbound enquiries, nurturing leads and supporting clients through the early stages of their property journey.
Working closely with our practice and management teams, you will ensure enquiries are handled efficiently, clients feel informed and supported and opportunities are confidently progressed through to engagement. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys the pace of the property industry and takes pride in guiding clients through key decision moments.
This is a permanent part-time role working:
- Monday to Wednesday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
- Potential to extend to Thursday
- Saturday, 10:00am – 3:00pm (required)

About You
Successful applicants will demonstrate the following:
- Experience in property/real estate is required – conveyancing/settlement knowledge would be ideal.
- Customer service or related experience.
- Proven ability to work autonomously with accountability and consistent delivery
- High-performing, proactive and committed to client service excellence
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a strong customer and stakeholder focus and work ethic
- Strong IT literacy and aptitude for learning new legal technology
- Ability to multitask and manage several different tasks at once in an organised and coherent manner
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to maintain connection across a largely remote team
- ‘Can-do’ attitude with enthusiasm, confidence, energy and positivity
