About the Role

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll oversee a team of maintenance plumbers while supporting the business with quoting, estimating, and operational coordination.

You will: • Lead, mentor, and support a team of field plumbers • Provide technical guidance and problem-solving support • Prepare quotes and estimates for maintenance and repair works • Assist with scheduling, job allocation, and workflow coordination • Ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard • Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams

What You Bring • Registered Plumber (Victoria) • Strong background in maintenance and service plumbing • Previous leadership or supervisory experience (preferred) • Experience in quoting and estimating plumbing works • Excellent communication and leadership skills • Strong organisational and problem-solving ability • Commitment to safety, quality, and team culture

• Capable with computer systems, email and job management software
