The role:
We’re on the lookout for compassionate, reliable Support Workers to join our growing teams in Moreton Bay in areas such as Lawnton and Deception Bay. In this role you’ll support NDIS participants in SIL homes, helping with daily living, personal care, and activities that keep life vibrant and meaningful. Every shift is an opportunity to make someone’s day brighter while building genuine connections.
What you’ll be doing:
- Delivering person-centred support and following individual care plans.
- Providing personal care (e.g. hoisting, showering, toileting, dressing, mealtime assistance).
- Assisting with complex care needs such as peg feeding, catheter care and dysphagia (full training provided).
- Managing challenging behaviours.
- Supporting clients who are non-verbal.
- Supporting with household tasks such as meal prep, cooking, and cleaning.
- Assisting clients to engage in community and recreational activities (including swimming/hydrotherapy).
- Ensuring safe, compliant practices in line with the NDIS Code of Conduct and WHS standards.
Shifts available:
- 0600-1400 and 1400-2200 with sleepover

- Current NDIS Worker Screening Card & Queensland Blue Card.
- Valid First Aid & CPR certifications.
