Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Boilermaker to join our team and support the design and fabrication of custom formwork systems. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with strong fabrication experience and a keen eye for detail, who enjoys working in a dynamic construction or manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the design and development of steel formwork systems

Interpret technical drawings and specifications

Fabricate, weld, and assemble components to precise standards

Collaborate with engineers and site teams to ensure formwork meets project requirements

Maintain tools, equipment, and a safe working environment

Contribute to continuous improvement of fabrication processes

About You

Trade qualified Boilermaker or equivalent

Proven experience in structural steel fabrication and welding

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

Experience with formwork or construction systems highly regarded

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or in a team
