Sevenfold Property Group is continuing to grow, and we’re seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager / Team Leader to take full accountability for our Brisbane residential property management portfolio.
This is a senior, trusted role for someone who genuinely loves property management, values structure and systems, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional landlord experience, supported by a capable team and a well established operational framework.
The Role
As our Senior Property Manager / Team Leader, you will have full accountability for our Brisbane-wide portfolio of 170+ properties, supported by a dedicated team who manage day to day leasing, routines and maintenance.
While this role is supported by a capable team, this is a hands on leadership position. You will be expected to maintain a strong working knowledge of all aspects of the portfolio and be comfortable stepping in and supporting the team when required to ensure service standards are met and client expectations are upheld. Including initially attending properties to build a solid understanding of the portfolio, landlord expectations and asset standards.
This role reports directly to our Director of Property Management and plays a critical part in ensuring the consistent execution of Sevenfold’s established systems, processes and service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Landlord Relationships
- Act as the primary relationship lead for our landlord clients
- Deliver proactive, clear and timely communication
- Build trust and long term relationships through consistency and reliability
- Provide confidence and reassurance through strong portfolio oversight
Portfolio Leadership & Accountability
- Take full ownership and accountability for the Brisbane property management portfolio
- Ensure leasing, maintenance and routine inspections are up to date and effectively managed by the team
- Maintain a deep understanding of all aspects of the portfolio and operations, with the ability and willingness to step in and support the team when required
- Maintain strong internal communication and reporting to the Director of Property Management
- Ensure established systems, processes and procedures are followed consistently across the portfolio
Business Development & Growth
- Network and build strong referral relationships
- Professionally onboard new managements
- Contribute to the steady and sustainable growth of the portfolio in line with Sevenfold’s service standards
About You
You are someone who
- Has 10+ years’ experience in residential property management
- Is a confident, personable and professional communicator
- Takes ownership and accountability seriously
- Is highly organised and operationally strong
- Respects structure and enjoys working within established systems
- Leads by example and supports the team when needed
- Is not afraid to roll up your sleeves to protect client experience and outcomes
- Genuinely enjoys property management and landlord engagement
- Has strong working experience using Console
Leadership experience is highly regarded, but above all, this role suits someone who is a strong operator, trusted with responsibility, and aligned with doing things properly and consistently.
