What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage key retailer relationships, financial management, debt management, abatements, and Lease matters
  • Drive performance in line with the Centre’s Strategic Asset Plan
  • Prepare and present detailed centre financial reports
  • Monitor and deliver on retail KPIs
  • Contribute to annual budgeting process
  • Support community engagement and retailer initiatives

What You Bring

  • 5+ years’ experience in retail or shopping centre management
  • Strong understanding of the retail landscape and relevant lease legislation
  • Commercial acumen with solid financial and reporting capabilities
  • Confidence engaging with a wide range of stakeholders
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • High attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
  • A collaborative approach and passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and strong overall business systems capability
