What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage key retailer relationships, financial management, debt management, abatements, and Lease matters
- Drive performance in line with the Centre’s Strategic Asset Plan
- Prepare and present detailed centre financial reports
- Monitor and deliver on retail KPIs
- Contribute to annual budgeting process
- Support community engagement and retailer initiatives
What You Bring
- 5+ years’ experience in retail or shopping centre management
- Strong understanding of the retail landscape and relevant lease legislation
- Commercial acumen with solid financial and reporting capabilities
- Confidence engaging with a wide range of stakeholders
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities
- High attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
- A collaborative approach and passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and strong overall business systems capability
