As a Senior Finance Administrator, you’ll provide essential financial and administrative support to the Corporate and Trust Accounting teams. The position plays a key role in maintaining accurate financial records across all entities and will help ensure timely, accurate and compliant financial operations that support service delivery and organisational performance.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Perform Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions for Corporate and Trust entities.
- Monitor and manage AP and AR inboxes to ensure timely responses to internal and external queries and prompt resolution of issues.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Return incomplete or incorrect documentation to relevant stakeholders for correction, ensuring compliance with internal standards.
- Maintain efficient and compliant financial operations by adhering to company policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within AP and AR workflows.
- Provide day-to-day finance support to the Corporate and Trust teams as required.
- Act as a key point of contact for finance-related queries, supporting both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Are you someone with?
- Previous financial administration experience in a fast-paced office environment
- Partial or completed tertiary qualifications in finance/accounting (desired, not essential)
- Proficiency in accounting software such as NetSuite.
- Experience using property management systems such as Yardi and/or MRI (highly desirable but not required).
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to resolve complex problems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management abilities
- Strong multitasking capabilities in a dynamic environment
- The ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
