Role Overview

Reporting directly to the Head of Projects, you will be responsible for overseeing project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. You will manage multiple stakeholders, mitigate risks, and implement innovative solutions to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage project planning, execution, and completion across various property sectors.
  • Oversee project scope, budgets, and timelines, ensuring successful delivery.
  • Conduct site visits to assess progress, quality, and compliance with safety regulations.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to optimize project outcomes.
  • Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Drive process improvements and bring innovative solutions to project challenges.
  • Ensure projects align with Sentinel Property Group’s quality and sustainability standards.

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management within construction, property, or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and compliance standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, organisational, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and reporting tools.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Eligibility for QBCC – Project Management Services license (highly regarded).
