Functional Consultant

We’re seeking a Functional Consultant to configure and optimise Microsoft Dynamics solutions using no‑code/low‑code approaches. In this role, you’ll translate user stories into scalable and validated functionality, collaborating closely with Client Business Systems Analysts to ensure features and requirements are “Ready for Development.”

Key Responsibilities

• Configure Microsoft Dynamics solutions using no‑code/low‑code tools to meet business needs.

• Collaborate with BAs to analyse requirements, refine requirements, and ensure user stories are development-ready.

• Contribute to detailed solution design and ensure nominated traceability mechanisms are kept up to date.

• Document system extensions, configurations, and project deliverables.

• Coordinate and oversee proof‑of‑concept builds to validate solution approaches.

• Support key users during system acceptance testing and provide guidance during UAT cycles.

• Identify and escalate risks, issues and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Microsoft Dynamics certifications (essential).

• Brisbane-based and available in the office 3 days per week.

• Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
