Business Analyst – Power Platforms/Dynamics 365

Brisbane | Hybrid (3 days in office) | AU Citizen or PR

Summary

We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support the successful delivery of digital projects across Microsoft Power Platform and/or Dynamics 365. In this role, you’ll work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to understand business needs, define clear requirements, and ensure solutions are aligned and delivered effectively.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead end‑to‑end business analysis across discovery, requirements, and delivery.
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and process mapping with business stakeholders.
  • Document business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process models.
  • Partner with project managers, developers, and testers to ensure alignment on scope and outcomes.
  • Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies, and support project teams with mitigation planning.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of BA practices and delivery processes.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst on IT/digital projects.
  • Strong skills in requirements elicitation, process mapping, and documentation.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
  • Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, or Miro.
  • Must be Brisbane-based, available 3 days onsite, and an Australian Citizen or PR.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform and/or Dynamics 365.
  • Consulting or client-facing delivery experience.
