of workforce and leadership maturity as we strengthen our operating model and, position for long-term sustainability.
Reporting to the Executive Director (CEO) and working as a member of the Executive Leadership Team, this role is responsible for shaping and delivering the organisation’s people strategy. You will ensure workforce planning, leadership capability, performance frameworks, industrial relations
and cultural development are aligned to strategic priorities and operational realities.
You will partner closely with Executive colleagues across to ensure that growth, service delivery and risk obligations are supported by strong people systems and leadership accountability.
About the role:
We are seeking a senior People & Culture leader who can demonstrate sound judgement and deep technical expertise. This portfolio spans:
- Implementation of strategies to enhance organisational culture and employee engagement.
- Workforce and succession planning
- Learning and leadership development
- Industrial and employee relations
- Remuneration frameworks
- Volunteer management
- Organisation wide change capability
Importantly, this role balances enterprise-level design with disciplined delivery, strengthening both compliance and capability. We are therefore looking for someone who is comfortable working as a strategic enabler of commercial success, but is also comfortable rolling up your sleeves to help
your team manage operational workloads.
About You:
You are a confident and credible senior HR leader who brings sound judgement, strong technical expertise and the ability to build trusted relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in an executive leadership role within the social care or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and industrial frameworks
- Experience leading organisational workforce planning and connecting it to strategy
- A collaborative approach to influencing across a complex and diverse business portfolio
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
