As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a motivated and detail-driven Estimator to join our Bendigo team.

About the Role Behind every successful Sculptform project is precision — and it starts well before anything is manufactured. As our Estimator, you’ll play a critical role in translating architectural intent into accurate, buildable outcomes. Working with drawings, specifications, and internal teams, you’ll produce detailed take-offs, BOQs, and costings that support both our sales pipeline and project delivery.

A key part of this role is understanding how our systems are physically installed on site. You’ll identify and qualify all components required, effectively creating a complete “kit of parts” that ensures each project is fully buildable.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with detail, takes ownership, and understands that accuracy at this stage sets the foundation for everything that follows.

Key Responsibilities

– Preparing detailed take-offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) from architectural drawings – Producing accurate cost estimates to support pricing and proposals – Identifying and qualifying all components required for installation – Developing complete “kit of parts” solutions for each project – Reviewing drawings and specifications to identify scope, risks, and opportunities – Working closely with Sales, Design, and Production teams – Supporting tendering and quoting across multiple projects – Maintaining clear and accurate documentation of estimates and revisions – Continuously improving estimating processes and accuracy

About You – Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy – Ability to interpret architectural drawings and specifications – Practical understanding of construction and installation processes – Ability to visualise how components come together as a system – Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects – Strong problem-solving mindset with ownership of outcomes – Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams – Experience in estimating, quantity surveying, or construction (preferred) – Experience with take-off tools or estimating software (advantageous)
