About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager to join our Products and Technology team at Scentia. Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Systems and Information Technology, you will play a key role in delivering impactful technology projects that support business growth and operational excellence.

This is an exciting opportunity to work across a diverse range of system and transformation projects, partnering with stakeholders across the business to deliver high-quality outcomes.

This is a part time 12-month fixed term contract role

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Delivery

  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables
  • Develop detailed project plans, including resources, budgets, and milestones
  • Lead project execution, ensuring delivery on time and within budget
  • Monitor progress and proactively manage risks and issues

Systems Implementation & Optimisation

  • Oversee implementation of systems such as CRM, LMS, and collaboration tools
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements
  • Ensure systems meet business and user requirements

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build strong relationships across cross-functional teams and leadership
  • Gather and translate business requirements into practical solutions
  • Communicate project progress, risks, and outcomes clearly

Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure alignment with organisational policies, data security, and compliance standards
  • Establish governance frameworks and maintain data integrity
  • Escalate issues appropriately and in a timely manner

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Maintain project documentation, including plans and status reports
  • Conduct post-project evaluations and capture lessons learned
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and adoption of best practices

About You

You are a confident and adaptable Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working across diverse teams.

You will bring:

  • Proven experience in a mid-to-senior Project Manager role (5+ years preferred)
  • Experience delivering technology or systems-based projects
  • Strong knowledge of both Agile and traditional project methodologies
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong financial acumen, including budget management
  • Experience with tools such as Microsoft 365, Salesforce, Asana, and LMS platforms

A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills
