AIM has developed over 100 short courses and Vocational Qualifications to help our students advance their skills and career, regardless of industry and experience.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop structured course content, applied exercises and key concepts, frameworks and talking points, aligned to course learning outcomes.
- Create practical learning assets such as workflow frameworks, decision tools, applied exercises and reflection activities grounded in real organisational contexts.
- Develop structured frameworks addressing key considerations including:
- identifying workflows suitable for agentic AI
- mapping end-to-end workflows incorporating AI actions and decision points
- determining task delegation between humans and AI systems
- designing escalation pathways and intervention mechanisms
- embedding governance, oversight and accountability into workflows
- Work closely with the Learning Designer to translate agentic AI workflow concepts into structured, practical learning experiences for non-technical professionals.
- Ensure content is outcome-driven, aligned to adult learning principles and suitable for both virtual and face-to-face delivery.
- Provide relevant examples of workflow redesign approaches, governance considerations or organisational practices supporting AI-enabled ways of working.
About you
Required Skills and Experience
- Experience in roles responsible for improving processes, designing workflows or implementing digital tools within organisations.
- Practical understanding of how AI agents or automation can support workflow efficiency, decision-making or coordination across tasks.
- Experience contributing to workflow redesign, process improvement, digital transformation or operational efficiency initiatives.
- Understanding of governance, accountability and risk considerations when introducing automation or AI into business processes.
Desirable Skills and Experience
- Ability to translate complex concepts into clear workflow frameworks, scenarios and applied learning activities.
- Familiarity with low-code tools, automation platforms or AI-enabled workflow tools is beneficial but not required.
- Experience contributing to professional learning programs and applying adult learning principles.
- Experience collaborating with Learning Designers to refine content.
Remuneration
Total project fee: $8,500 AUD ex. GST
Fee includes development of all agreed course materials and participation in review iterations. Final deliverables, scope and timelines will be jointly agreed with the Learning Designer upon successful appointment.
Please note: Successful candidates will be engaged as independent contractors and must have their own ABN or ACN.
