About the role:
This is a hands-on CEO position leading the next phase of global growth and scale.
- Work directly with the Founder on execution and direction
- Scale what’s already working
- Raise capital to accelerate growth
- Lead product commercialization
- Build structure, systems, and team for global expansion
You are responsible for turning early traction into a scalable, repeatable, high-performance business.
What You’ll Do (The Execution)
Lead the next phase of growth and scale
- Drive capital raising, ideally with exposure to US markets
- Partner closely with the Founder on execution and direction
- Build structure, systems and accountability across the business
- Turn early traction into repeatable, scalable performance
- Oversee go-to-market and user growth at scale
- Represent the business with investors, partners and in market
Who You Are (The DNA)
We are looking for a proven builder who understands what it takes to scale.
- Experience scaling a product, platform or SaaS business
- Strong capital raising experience (US exposure highly regarded)
- Commercially sharp, you understand numbers, not just narrative
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, founder-led environment
- Able to move between strategy and execution easily
- A builder. A doer. Someone who gets things done
