This position is ideal for someone with a solid foundation as a Migration Assistant in a high-volume environment who is either newly OMARA-registered or nearing OMARA registration. Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing initial advice on visa options, eligibility, and application processes, and drafting letters of advice for review.
- Preparing and lodging visa applications in collaboration with senior team members, and liaising with relevant immigration authorities and skills assessment bodies as required.
- Supporting business development activities and contributing ideas to enhance company growth.
- Participating in a structured training plan to build independence while maintaining quality standards.
- Availability for remote work from 9.00am to 5.00pm, Monday-Friday, with occasional after-hours support as needed.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Be part of the success and exciting growth of a well-established Australian migration consultancy.
- Structured mentorship and clear progression pathways within a supportive environment.
- Opportunities to advance toward greater independence as you gain experience and OMARA confidence.
- Access to industry-leading specialists in immigration for guidance and development.
- A positive and inclusive work culture, driven by purpose, passion for people, and a strong sense of teamwork.
- 100% remote work arrangement (must be based in Australia).
ABOUT YOU
We are seeking a motivated and capable professional with the following qualifications:
- Active or near-active OMARA registration status (or on track to complete registration shortly) as a Registered Migration Agent (RMA).
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience working as a Migration Assistant on corporate migration matters in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Demonstrated ability to support a high-volume caseload while maintaining attention to detail and delivering reliable, timely client service.
- Experience handling 20–40 active corporate cases concurrently, with a track record of progressing matters under supervision.
- A proactive, results-oriented approach with a passion for positively impacting people’s lives.
- Ambition to grow within a premier migration consultancy that is committed to investing in its people.
- Proficiency with migration management software (e.g., LEAP, Migration Manager, or similar platforms).
- Commitment to maintaining OMARA registration through required Continuing Professional Development activities.
This is a full-time role with room to grow into greater autonomy as you develop expertise.
If you’re ready to take the next step in your migration career and be part of a dynamic, forward-thinking team, we’d love to hear from you.
This is an exclusive, full-time employment arrangement. We are not seeking applicants who wish to maintain their own business or undertake additional migration work externally. The role requires complete commitment to the company and to delivering outstanding service to our SCA Connect clients.
