Job Title: Clinical Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Clinical Coordinator to provide excellent care to the older persons living in our residential facility. As a Clinical Coordinator, you will work closely with the Director of Nursing, clinical team, and wider staff to ensure quality care is provided at all times. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills and sound clinical practice.

Responsibilities:

– Supervise and manage clinical staff

– Develop care plans for residents

– Monitor resident health status and adjust care plans as necessary

– Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations

– Participate in quality assurance activities

– Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of patient-centered care

– Provide education and support to families of residents

Qualifications:

-Must have Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent

-Minimum of 5 years’ experience working as a Registered Nurse within an aged-care setting.

-Proven track record of providing exceptional resident-centered care.

-Hold current registration with AHPRA.

-Sound knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards.

Pay rate: $45-$55 AUD per hour (dependent on experience)

Working Hours: Part-time (hours flexible)

Location: Sydney, New South Wales 2000
