The Role
Our organisation is the back-to-back highest-performing collective in the state. We’ve built a reputation for excellence; now we are looking for an organised and proactive Marketing Coordinator to help us champion our brand and streamline our efforts across our four-office collective.
Based at our Norwood location, you will act as the vital link between our Leadership team and our external marketing agency. This is a unique real estate role: your focus will be on the overarching business brand and community growth. You won’t be involved in individual property listings or agent-level admin. Instead, you will be the “brand guardian,” ensuring our high-level vision is translated into consistent, high-impact reality.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Agency Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for our external marketing agency to ensure our business strategy and vision are executed on time and to our high standards
Production Coordination: Brief and manage external videographers and photographers, ensuring they are positioned to capture content that aligns with our brand aesthetic and business goals
Social Media Oversight: Manage the scheduling and distribution of content across our key social channels, ensuring a consistent and professional brand voice
Brand Guardianship: Ensure all visual and written marketing materials across the collective consistently reflect our tone, style, and premium positioning
Workflow Management: Work closely with the Director and COO to refine marketing workflows and ensure our brand assets are organised and effectively utilised
Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key digital metrics, providing insights to the leadership team to help shape the future growth of our community presence
