Sales Consultant

This is a full-time role where you will play a pivotal part in driving the company’s sales growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively prospect and generate new leads through various channels, sales rooms, inbound calls, networking, and referrals

• Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions that meet their requirements

• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals with a focus on exceeding revenue targets

• Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and provide regular performance reports

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and new product developments

• Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives to drive continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

• Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably within the sales industry

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients

• Problem-solving and negotiation skills to effectively overcome objections and close deals

• Strong analytical and presentation skills to interpret data, identify trends, and create compelling proposals

• Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

• Degree in a relevant field or equivalent sales experience

• Minimum of one year of sales experience required

• Experience in the safety equipment industry is preferred but not required

• Minimum education requirement of Year 12 completion
