Safety Champion Software Pty Ltd is seeking a full time Product, Knowledge and Procedures Analyst to support the review, documentation, and improvement of our internal processes and customer‑facing systems. This position focuses on analysing workflows, identifying gaps, and helping implement practical changes that improve clarity, efficiency, and system usability.

About the role

In this role, you will:

  • Review internal and client-facing systems and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
  • Investigate system issues and deviations from standard processes.
  • Work with engineering, client-facing teams, and Marketing & Communications to update documentation and procedures.
  • Assist with creating customer resources such as release notes, FAQs, guides, and learning materials.
  • Analyse data from support tickets, feedback, and system usage to identify common problems.
  • Prepare clear Jira tickets with well-defined requirements.
  • Support system releases and testing activities.
  • Maintain internal guidelines, tutorials, and resources for the wider team.

About you

We’re looking for someone who is aligned with the values and mission of Safety Champion Software and has previous experience in the same/similar role:

Remuneration $75,000-$85,000 base salary.
