The Role

We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic team member to assist with receiving and dispatch activities in our warehouse. 

This hands-on position is perfect for someone eager to kickstart their career in logistics.

Your main focus will be:

• Picking and packing orders
• Ensuring equipment is dispatched accurately, securely, and on time.
• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment
• Record activity in our database (SCMDS)
• Follow up on shipment tracking with suppliers and freight providers
• Provide assistance across logistics, admin and warehouse tasks as needed

You’ll play an essential role in ensuring that parts and medical equipment are accurately and safely transferred through each stage of the process – supporting seamless operations for both our internal staff and customers – by working closely with our admin team, couriers, and suppliers.

• High attention to detail
• Proficient in computer use and basic mathematics: Confident using computers, estimating weights, and measuring accurately with a tape measure.
