SC Medical is expanding its Scopes Division, and we’re looking for an Account Manager who can build strong clinical relationships, grow a thriving customer portfolio, and help shape the future of our fast-growing national division.

This role suits someone who understands how hospitals and day surgeries operate, enjoys autonomy, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer outcomes.

What you’ll be doing

  • Manage and grow a scope’s customer portfolio across hospitals, day surgeries and endoscopy units.
  • Promote flexible and rigid endoscope repair services, including turnaround times, pricing, logistics and service options.
  • Maintain and strengthen existing relationships, ensuring customers receive responsive, reliable support.
  • Identify and secure new business, building networks and revenue streams within your territory.
  • Plan, prepare and run effective customer meetings, including service reviews, proposals and pipeline discussions.
  • Coordinate with our workshop and operations team to align repair work, logistics and customer expectations.
  • Provide clear written and verbal communication, including quotes, follow-ups, reports and CRM updates.

What you’ll bring

  • Experience in the medical industry (clinical, biomedical, theatre, CSSD, medical devices or similar).
  • NSW-based, with interstate travel flexibility.
  • A reliable vehicle and valid Australian driver’s licence.
  • Confidence working remotely, managing your own week, and owning a territory.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and professional presentation.
  • Ability to engage effectively with clinical teams, procurement, biomedical departments and senior managers.
  • A proactive, organised approach and genuine commitment to customer outcomes.

Nice to have

  • Experience with endoscopy/scopes, theatre or sterile services environments.
  • Sales or account management experience in medical devices, consumables, or technical services.
