Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator to join our team. The Sales Support Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team, ensuring the smooth running of the sales process, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong customer service focus.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales reports, managing customer databases, and coordinating sales meetings.
  • Assist with the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and other sales-related documents.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide support to the sales team in managing customer relationships.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to ensure the smooth running of the sales process.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions, sales orders, and invoices.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales team and management.
  • Assist with the organization of sales events, such as trade shows and product launches.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales support or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong customer service focus.
