What about you? In this role, you will be required to undertake the following duties, not limited to:

  • Make outbound calls to our existing customer database (warm leads) to generate leads and appointments for our plumbing and electrical services.
  • Maintain a high call volume while ensuring professionalism and excellent customer service.
  • Identify and qualify potential leads within our database, ensuring accurate information is recorded.
  • Follow up on leads to maximize conversion rates.
  • Conduct follow-up calls on lost jobs, addressing any concerns and attempting to re-engage customers.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, appointment scheduling, and maintaining customer records.
  • Answer incoming calls and provide assistance during peak call volume or overflow situations.

What you need?

  • Proven experience in outbound sales or appointment setting, preferably in the home services industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Customer-oriented with a pleasant and engaging phone manner.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and a strong desire to succeed.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
