Role & typical work

• Lead maintenance, fault finding and small installations: taps, toilets, drainage, hot water systems, leak detection/repair, replacements and upgrades.
• Diagnose complex issues, deliver high-quality workmanship and mentor juniors/apprentices.
• Represent Ruttley on-site with professional communication and customer care.

What we’re looking for — must-haves

• 5+ years’ experience in residential maintenance & installation plumbing (senior/trades level)
• Current NSW plumbing trades licence/certification
• Valid driver’s licence; manual licence preferred or willingness to obtain one
• Strong fault-finding, installation skills and attention to quality finish
• Comfortable using iPad/job management apps; reliable, punctual and customer-focused
• Local to Chatswood/North Shore or able to commute daily

Nice to have

• Experience leading a small team or mentoring apprentices
• White Card and additional trade tickets
