Customer Engagement & Call Specialist

What you’ll be doing

• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with enquiries and bookings
• Make outbound calls to warm leads from our existing customer base
• Generate appointments for our plumbing & electrical services
• Follow up on previous quotes and lost jobs
• Maintain high call quality with a friendly, professional phone manner
• Update customer information and manage bookings in our CRM
• Support the team with scheduling and general admin tasks
• Work toward achievable weekly and monthly performance targets

Who we’re looking for

• A bubbly, confident personality with strong phone presence
• Customer-focused and genuinely enjoys helping people
• Clear communicator with excellent verbal skills
• Comfortable making outbound calls and handling busy call volumes
• Organised, reliable and team-oriented
• Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude
• Local to Chatswood or surrounding areas preferred
• Previous call centre / sales / customer service experience is a plus
