Why Overnight Shift?

For some veterinary nurses, working overnight offers the perfect balance!

  • Greater daytime flexibility overnight shifts can make it easier to balance study, family commitments, childcare or other professional pursuits.
  • Additional earning potential – overnight shifts attract penalty rates, on top of your base pay.
  • A flexible and rewarding career pathway – for the right person, overnight work can be a great way to continue building your veterinary nursing experience while maintaining a lifestyle that suits you.
