Description

We are seeking skilled and experienced Mine Operators to join a medium scale long-term mining project located in Croydon, QLD (approximately 500km west of Cairns, QLD). We offer competitive remuneration, FIFO or DIDO options, accommodation and meals, and allowances for operators using their own vehicle.

Experience Required

We are looking for operators with proven experience on the following machinery:

• Excavators: PC1250, PC850, PC300 (Precision Guidance experience highly advantageous)

• Dump Trucks: Komatsu 785-7 & 605 Rigid Dump Trucks

• Dozers: CAT D10

• Graders: CAT 14M & 16M

• Water Carts: CAT 740

• Loaders: WA500 and CAT 980 IT

What You Will Bring

• Demonstrated capability operating a variety of heavy plant machinery safely and efficiently

• Ability to conduct machine preparation, operation, and routine care/maintenance

• Capability to pass Standard Open Pit Mine Medicals, National Police Checks, and random Drug & Alcohol testing

• Relevant RII certifications (advantageous but not mandatory)

• Valid Australian Driver’s Licence and General Construction Induction (White Card)

• Strong commitment to safety, WHS compliance and environmental standards

• Experience in mining or major civil earthworks (mandatory)
