RMYC are entering an exciting new phase and are seeking an experienced and hands-on
Venue Manager to join our frontline management team.
This is a senior on-shift role responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and service standards across the Club, working directly alongside supervisors and frontline teams throughout each shift.
You will oversee operations across premium dining, casual hospitality, bars and leisure spaces, ensuring consistency, professionalism and strong service delivery at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide senior direction on shift across all Club outlets
- Oversee daily operations, service standards and presentation
- Support and guide supervisors and team members during service
- Work alongside the team during both peak and quieter periods
- Ensure compliance and professional supervision within gaming operations
Maintain a safe and well-managed environment for Members and guests

Proven experience in a multi-outlet hospitality environment
Confident leading teams in fast-paced service settings
Comfortable overseeing multiple areas simultaneously
A visible, calm and professional operator
Committed to maintaining high standards and developing people

What you bring
Proven ability to motivate, lead, and develop a high-performing team.
Strong experience in hospitality or food and beverage management within a
high-performing environment.
Strong financial and business acumen with proven ability to manage food, beverage, and
labour costs within set budgets.
Experience in partnering with chefs and kitchen teams to enhance food offerings.
Comprehensive understanding of compliance standards such as WH&S, NSW Liquor and Gaming
laws, Food Safety laws, and other compliance requirements as required.
Proficiency in using POS systems, creating rosters, and preparing reports.
Excellent customer service, verbal, and written communication skills.
Ability to foster strong relationships with members and staff to enhance service
quality exceeding their expectations.
