About the role

As a Store Manager at Rose Apothecary, you will have the opportunity to lead a talented group of individuals and create a memorable shopping experience for our valued customers. Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
• Create and implement effective strategies to drive sales and increase profitability
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement appropriate action plans
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors’ activities
• Uphold the company’s brand image and standards through exceptional visual merchandising and store presentation

About you

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar leadership role in a retail environment
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-lasting relationships
• Solid understanding of retail operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising
• Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Passion for personal care products and a keen eye for trends
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays, as needed
